Création électroacoustique originale à partir des seules prises de son de voix réalisées par Anahita Bathaie lors d’entretiens.

Comment analyser et extirper d'une prise de son de voix, les intonations, les intentions – cette intimité ? Et de cela, en créer un discours musical en adéquation ?

C'est un long travail de recherches sonores, commencé pendant le confinement, qui trouve sa réalisation dans ces compositions. Pour ce faire, j'ai développé par expérimentation un processus d'analyse de la parole et de son discours intentionnel inhérent. Cela est rendu possible grâce à différent outils informatiques, permettant l’analyse fréquentielle, dynamique, timbrale et des durées etc. Ces informations acquises, il m’a été possible de recréer, autour de ces voix, un monde sonore électroacoustique en relation forte avec ces dernières. Refaire musique.

Cet album est la réduction stéréo d’une installation sonore avec diffusion multiphonique. Certains masques sont équipés de haut-parleur, au travers desquels des pistes sonores sont diffusées. Une quadriphonie, placée en hauteur, entoure l’installation proprement dite.

An original electroacoustic creation based solely on voice recordings made by Anahita Bathaie during interviews.

How to analyse and extract from a voice recording the intonations, the intentions - this intimacy? And from this, to create a musical discourse in adequacy?

It is a long work of sound research, begun during the confinement, which finds its realization in these compositions. In order to do this, I have developed a process of analysis of speech and its inherent intentional discourse through experimentation. This is made possible by different computer tools, allowing frequency, dynamic, timbral and duration analysis etc. With this information acquired, I was able to recreate, around these voices, an electroacoustic sound world in strong relation with them. Making music again.

This album is the stereo reduction of a sound installation with multiphonic diffusion. Some masks are equipped with loudspeakers, through which sound tracks are diffused. A quadraphonic system, placed high up, surrounds the installation itself.

The opening took place on 09/05/2022 at the Fernand Léger Gallery, in Ivry Sur Seine : fernandleger.ivry94.fr
